Power in food

Looking for good power foods , look no futher . What you do in the gym is great and helps your body alot , but what you eat and do outside the gym is what counts even more . Putting the right things in your body can and will make or break the goals you want to reach .
eggs
chicken
fruit[blue berries,apples,bananas,strawberries,kiwi,etc]
brown rice
wheat bread
brown suger
fish
no soda[more water ]
high protein
good carbs
