Ultimate way to burn fat
Now when u ask someone what's the best way to burn fat most people say "working out at the gym" although that is a great and very good way to burn fat, the best way to burn fat is? STAYING ACTIVE,simple and plan . The more u move and do stuff the more calories your going to burn. Stop being a couch potato and get up and take charge of you losing weight. 63% of people who have active jobs where there required to move around,lift and walk around are in better shape then those who have desk jobs or none a active jobs. Get out of the house , walk around the mall, take the dog or kids for a walk, mow the lawn , it's simple it's easy don't make it complicated .

Get off the couch
What's the best way to motivate yourself to get into shape? Look no further then the mirror . It's blunt , it's honest and it will make you want to change your way . Don't be afraid to take a long look in the mirror and fix what needs work. Stop saying you wish you had that body, those abs, that nice butt and just change it . Gym,eating and motivation, take the next step .

Get lean diet
Looking a for a diet with high protien , low calories and low carbs and help u lean out? This is the one your looking for. 6 meals a day 1350 calories 200 grams of protien 120 grams of carbs and only 36 grams of fat. Mean 1 4 egg whites 1 whole egg half cup of fruit and half cup of oats
Meal2 6oz chkn and 3/4 cup of cooked rice
Meal3 6oz chkn 6oz of sweat potatoes and salad with 1/2 cup of veggies
Meal4 1/2cup of tuna 1/2cup of rice and 1/2nd of almonds
Meal5 8oz fish(your choice) 1/2cup peanuts 1 cup of veggies
Meal6 8oz turkey breast and Asparagus

Start it off right
Happy new year to all. Now with all the resolutions being made to lose weight do you know that only 38% of people who join gym in January are not members by the edn of February . Don't be one Of those people who sets the bar at a level that can't be reached and then makes the excuse of why they can't accomplish it. Start out with in your means,first join the gym, try classes, see what you can do on your own with in the first 30 days and then build on that. If you need help don't be afraid to ask a personal trainer (ML HAYDEN) for advice. Once you get to a good point in workouts then take it to the next level with personal training and the. Really start to see how much you really can do and leave that 2011 body behind and get ready for the summer,vacations,having more energy and just being more happy with your self.
